Thanks for the stream!

Great play from Laleggia to make up for that soft play/goal off his skate.
Also, Denver has a great goal song.

impressed with Laleggia so far.

He's very poised and makes the right play most of the time.

Saw Morrison going for a home-run pass a few times. He also has some nice poise on the offensive blueline, and manages to get some shots.

Denver just outplayed them in the third period.

Platzer with the OT winner in game 1 as Owen sound upset Nurse and the Greyhounds (Nurse with an assist +1).

Roy with an assist, -2, in an OT loss.

Houck with a goal, game's tied 3-3 in the third.

Platzer's goal was an unassisted end to end rush finished off by a nice shot. I only watched the third and the overtime but he looked quite good.

Just checked out the highlights on the Soo website, Platzer really fooled Murray with that shot. Also, it looks like Platzer was on the ice for all of Owen Sound's goals.

Nurse with 2 assists already tonight. Soo outshot Owen Sound 17-3 in the first despite taking the only penalty.

Final is 7-3, Nurse with 3 assists. Chris "WJHC" Bigras was -5.

I'm going to check out Greg Chase this Thursday. Curious how they fare tonight/tomorrow vs Kootenay now that they semm to have woken up.

I really hope we finally found one of those late gems that every other team in the ****ing league always seems to find.

I cant remember how he did at camp this year though

Nurse with 2 goals so far tonight. First one was a shot from the point and the second was him skating hard to catch up to a breakout and create a shorthanded 2 on 1. Shot was pretty soft but a goal is a goal. Score is 4-3 for the Soo mid 3rd.

Got a chance to watch Chase play at the Hitmen vs Ice - game 2 (5-0 hitmen w) the other day, really liked what I saw from his game, he plays really tough.

Calgary scored a late goal with about 30 seconds left and on the way to the bench the goalscorer got some **** from the opposing bench and chase would have none of that, he was right in there standing up for his team mates little things I like to see.

Highlights of Nurse's 2 goal game last night.

The more I think about this pick, the more I like it. Once he fills out he is going to be a huge addition for us.

I really wanted Monahan last year (and I still do). But I'm happy to have Nurse. He is developing very nicely.

Nurse is 5th in ohl playoff scoring. It's nice to see some success from one of our prospects for once

What about Tobias Rieder who tore up and lead scoring in the OHL playoffs for the most part a couple years ago?
Oh wait he's traded now.

And doing very well in Portland. Still a very stupid trade, for Kessy. What a slow, stupid, worthless return. Mean? He can't even catch up to players to mug' em. Neither does he have the intellect to understand when he's supposed to be involved physically.

Ugh. Why bring up Rieder? My underdog favourite after Pelss.

That trade was so bad.

Why trade for Kessey when you can get guys like him off the waiver wire? Or just draft them in fifth round?

So stupid
