That's my point. He would stay in his usual spot. Why would you remove him. He's a key part of the PP. Gostisbehere would be a better fit at the top of the umbrella. Morin would have to work his way up. This is all premature though. A lot will change by the time he is ready for that role.

Rimouski highlights - Game 2:

One through the wickets coming off the wing.
Another on a wrist shot from the point through a screen.

He looks so much more comfortable on the powerplay than earlier in the year.

I really like seeing him jumping up on the scissor play there. With his skating and IQ, it's something I'd want to see more of. It's also a perfect fit for Berube's system.

Would not surprise me to see Morin playing down low on the PP like Pronger did on occasion and Chara does now.

Will be fun to watch and no matter what, it's unlikely they all fail to meet expectations, so we should end up with at least one very good player.

Getting shots through at the top of the umbrella is tough to do, and only Kimmo/streit are any good at it.

Oshawa won 3-2 in OT over Mississauga tonight, Laughton picked up 2 assists (3 points in 2 games).

Oshawa leads the series 2-0.

Goulbourne has 1 assist in 2 games for Kelowna.

Kelowna leads 1-0 in their series over Tri City and is up 3-1 in game 2.

Wasn't even going to try and have a debate.

And he hasnt even seen the kid play. He should probablly read up on him first and notice how his defense play is very good right now.

But I guess he will still disagree with us and the people who voted Ghost over Hutton

I recognize that Ghost is a very good offensive talent and if hes been better defensively lately then thats wonderful. My comment wasnt as much of a slam on him as it was a praise to Hutton, who I am personally extremely high on, and as noted in the second comment, it was also a reactionary post to the outrage I felt at the finalist rankings.

I am not going to argue my case further as I respect that this is another teams board and prospect thread and if you wish to learn more about Hutton then feel free to come over to our thread.

That last one is gold, such a failed post. I'm not going to comment on Hutton because my knowledge on him is very limited. However in regards to Gostisbehere there's been a lot of people out there saying he was the best defensemen in College Hockey this year.

I was watching NBCSN the other day & Ken Hodge Jr. said he was hands down the best defensemen in the NCAA this year & compared him to Brian Rafalski.

Gostisbehere won best defensive dman in the ECAC, all ECAC tourney team, co-MVP of the ECAC, only dman as a Hobey Baker finalist.

Just lol.

Gostisbehere as a pro prospect >>>>>> Hutton

It's not even about being "better defensively" lately. He won best defensive defenseman in the ECAC and co-best player (with Greg Carey). He's had a phenomenal year defensively, not that it's ever really been a knock. His offensive may overshadow his defense amongst fans, but that's on them, not people who actually watch him play.

What a beating. Looks like they have a pile of dangerous pointmen.

It's exciting to see Morin move and play the way he does already in such a massive frame at just 18. It's incredible actually, the kid is gonna be a beast to play against.

I thought the same. He could become a real force once he grows into his body. A beast.

I know we throw the term 'beast' around a lot on here
Coburn
jvr
Couturier
Weber
Giroux
Sometimes even the Schenn's
McGinn when he was on fire

But this is very different. He's actually going to be terrifying.
