Skate Help- No longer playing need skates for Coaching

So for the 1st time in forever I am in the market for new skates. During highschool and college I always wore top of the line or close to it. Bauer Supreme 4000's then moving into the Vapor series, with the higher end original vapors (can't remember which ones) and then into the Vapor XX which I wear now. I have long ago quit playing (been about 6-7 years since I played mens league) and I just coach now. High school and some summer select teams, clinics and what not. During the season I am on the ice about 2-3 days a week coaching. I am now in need of new skates and have some questions. I obviously don't need top of the line, although I would love the APX's, in no way shape or form can I justify that cost. But I want to stay near the top end. In the Vapor line I was looking at like the X7.0. Also tried on the Supreme one.8 and really liked those, but they didn't fit as well as I would like, but they weren't baked.

Question is what skates should I look at. I almost certainly want to stay Bauer. I have had to horrible failed experiments one with Graf (got the college team discount) and the Easton Ultra Lights circa 02-03. Other than that it's only Bauer.

I haven't tried the new vapors yet bc the shop doesn't have my size. Will they fit pretty close to my old XX? How will the one.8's fit after baked. Issue seems to be to loose in the heel area. Any help or suggestions would be great.

Give the skate thread a read, the first on stickied.

If you fit well into your Vapor XXs then you would likely fit into current Vapors as well.
