They had to lose at some point, but I hope this fuels them to step their game up for Wed, please and thank you

Tell me before the Pens games they go 5-1 in the next six and I'm ecstatic. Regroup for Wednesday.

Not putting too much emotion into that loss, the Flyers were unlucky to not have 3-4 goals.

Kimmo and Coburn **** the bed on the GWG. Kimmo should not have been stepping up there, and Coburn misplayed the 2 on 1 horribly. We should have got at least a point.

Emery has to play at some point. You can't fault Berube for Homer sticking with a guy that the room likes instead of getting a competent backup.

Vinny was an atrocity. Did absolutely nothing except flub on an empty net chance. He better bring it in the playoffs.

That finish was amazing and we had another few posts. Could have easily gone the other way despite being horribly out played for the first 2/3 of the game. Got to play 60 min and we will win another 5 games. I just can't stand vinny he's so weak

Obviously, doesn't mean that I'm satisified with tonight's loss though.

We have several back to back games left. Emery plays those. NOT against the kings and hawks for Christ sake. We are playing every other night. Mase can handle that

Tough loss.

They need to find a way to win at MSG on Wednesday. It's been a long time

Did anyone think we would have 10 out of a possible 12 points so far during this crazy stretch? Be happy we are playing well. Regroup for next game.

I'll stand by my earlier that had Vinny buried that wide open net, this would have been a different game. People would be murdering Carter in 2010 in a similar circumstance.

Wow! The 2nd was a little rough but great game and effort all around. The Flyers were consistently creating chances out there. After that early goal in the third, you could tell that the boys kicked it into Overdrive. Tough after quite a few noncalls that could've gone either way.

After their play over these past 6 games, it's hard to be disappointed. I mean, if we were gonna challenge for the club record of being undefeated, now would be the time. 12-2-1 in the last 15? I think we'll be okay. Could be worse, we could be Toronto!

We won't. The differences in this game will remind them how to play. If we play how we have the last few games we should easily handle the rangers

I refuse to believe Heeter wouldn't be a better option as a backup. The guy could be bad, but there's not a single save Emery made that a remotely decent goalie couldn't have made, I'd bet 99% of goalies on the planet save the 2nd one, and I'd bet more goalies would have saved the 1st one because they wouldn't just start sliding to the side after the puck is in the net.

Emery, Grossmann, and Lecavalier need to go. They are the three most useless players on the team. I would be willing to trade a pick along with Grossmann and Lecavalier just to not have to watch them play for us next season.
