Well according to my statistics class, he was correct in pointing out that Chara was an extreme outlier, and therefore not an accurate representation of the mean height and weight of the Sens defence. In other words, just because Ottawa has a similar sized defence when you take the average of their size, it doesn't mean that most of their defenceman are going to be close to being that size.

Say a team had 5 d-men that were under six feet by a fair margin, and one that was 8 feet tall....on average, that team would be pretty close in size to the Canucks, but which lineup would you rather ice?

That being said, I think it is pretty much a tossup between Ottawa and Vancouver. The x-factor might be if Allen can continue playing like he has.
Then by logic you take out Vancouvers biggest guy to you got to be fair. :p
