Ward took a season off. That alone is not the reason to trade a good stay-at-home guy. However, the Girardi play may be such a reason.
Bottom line: Ward is tradable. I just don't want anyone like Hall from Predators

Look at what Craig Rivet brought in from SJ. Josh Goges and a number 1st round pick for Rivet and a 5th round pick. Now look at Rivet stats, not that impressive I think we could of gotten that for Ward, but of course, we rather keep Ward and lose with him and the rest of these guys

This is the perfect time to be a seller. Teams are vastly overpaying right now. Ward, Nylander these guys could all be bringing back great returns for us.
