Game #79 - 05.04.14 7PM - Detroit Red Wings @ Montréal Canadiens

I know it's early but I won't have time to post it later tonight or tomorrow. So here's the GDT. A mod can lock it if he feels it's the right thing to do. I'll update it the best I can. Go Habs Go.

After that great game vs Ottawa, I don't know how they'll manage to play Detroit next! WOW!

Yeah, I refrained myself from calling them the Detroit Gustav Nyquists. What a beast.

I remember how some of the people here underplayed the achievement of beating the Wings last week. Claiming that there was nothing impressive about beating a half-AHL team.

And yet, this half-AHL team has recently been on a tear and has played like they are on a mission. I think it's time to give ourselves some credit.

Shouldn't the Sens GDT go up first? lol

I hear Datsyuk will be back for the Saturday game. I expect Price to play against the Wings and Budaj against the Sens. Habs need to win tonight because the Wings game will be playoff hockey.

Not only it's already up (it has been since yesterday and I even linked it under the last games section) but I also mention why I posted mine already. I won't have time to do it later tonight and tomorrow.

That's where he practiced yesterday and he's expected to play with these guys tonight. I bet he'll get moved up pretty quickly.

Why do I have a vague feeling of unease about the Habs lately? That game against TB was a real downer. They'll be playing against a disciplined team that has a lot at stake.

The team better wake up after that Ottawa shutout and Karlsson hat trick yesterday.

Bylsma would fix Subban. He'd put him in the pressbox where he belongs. I'm shocked Therrien still plays him every night.

Date/month/year is the most logical thing since it's in an ascending order. Every other format is mistaken.

Yay! Both games will be streamed on cbc.ca, even though HNIC don't really like the Habs...

It's coming. Subban will be healthy scratched yet. But he'll emerge as a better person for it.

Interesting to see what line up MT ices tomorrow. Parros won't be needed but you almost think that Bork is nearing Kaberle status in which he maybe about to become a permanent healthy scratch especially when Weise, Prust, Moen return.

The young man needed a night off so he figured buffalo would work .

In all honesty though will be great to see you guys in action. Love the # of original 6 games we have had lately.

And best of luck to no one from either team getting hurt tonight either .
