Entertaining game even if the Habs were outshot 43-23 and the PP looking completely lost.

Every team blows leads now. Not like it used to be. You can't shut down as much as you used to because of all the calls.

So fun to watch Vanek play, gives DD and Pac so much space.

But now that we have great chemistry on the first line, can we concentrate on the other lines? Plekanec with Galchenyuk and Gallagher is just not working. Both rookies have been pretty invisible for the past few weeks. Can we put them with Eller and give them time?

Am I the only one disappointed by that line?

We won't be able to do this against Tampa. We tried and lost 3-1.
7 unanswered means habs scored 7 straight without the sens netting one

Wait...someone could actually watch that entire game and say the Habs played well 5 on 5? Even if you forget all the posts, odd man rushes, and the fact they got doubled in shots...it was the Senators. The Senators...minus Ryan. The Senators minus Ryan...with Anderson letting goal line bank shots from behind the net.

On the bright side, Weaver looks like a solid acquisition. Should be strongly considered for re-sign to replace Boullion.

Vanek is amazing offensively. Pacioretty is basically slowly integrating Vanek's techniques into his game. You saw it in the breakaways, showed way more patience, you see it in the playmaking which he was incredibly underrated before but slowly racking up the solid assists. We need to get this guy to re-sign. No one comes close to that level of hockey IQ on the Habs and he would be a great mentor for Galchenyuk.

There is still a possibility of facing the wings in the first round too but it's unlikely. Tough choice between Tampa and Detroit.

Habs played a crap game overall, but the Sens played such a crap game defensively it worked out for us. How many breakaways did Patches have? 4. lol

Vanek is an amazing player. I'm already sad that he likely won't be here next year. We so need a player like him. A great pick-up by MB.

Weaver is solid.

At this point, with Therrien and Bergevin still in place for the summer at least, I think Subban being traded is possible. I don't like it, but he's not been playing "that" good since the Olympics. If the return is amazing....

Coming back from 3 goals down?

To complain about a game like this is simply whining to whine.

Character gets made fun of a lot here. This game showed the character of the Habs who did not fold up, roll over and think about the flight home.

The other bright spot was how well this team has jelled as a team. Chucky taking up for Gally against the biggest ***** in the NHL. Tinordi taking out frustrations on Gryba to stand up for Briere. Gally taking up for Pleks against Neil. Parros blowing in Smith's ear and making him look like a bully who only picks on smaller players. And finally, Parros taking Neil off at the end so the game ended with a whimper.

How in the hell can you ***** about a game like this?

No doubt. But Boston can't. And I'm sure they've blown leads too.

We just don't matchup well against those two teams at all though for sure.
