Wait, wait, wait, so we didn't give up another pick in the Dupuis deal? We're getting one now?

I'm confused.

A million dollar question with no legitimate answer.

actually hes been damn near a GOAL a game player.

hes had 8 in his past 11. thats 60 goals extrapolated over a year in case anyone was wondering. not that i have any delusions that hes going to be that kind of a scorer. but hes got the size and instincts to be a 30 goal guy, im glad to see him put it together, especially since i wanted him gone desperately in the beginning of the year. always a good thing when youre proven wrong like that

That's what MSG posted in the pregame. Not sure if it was right though

I can't believe how well Hossa is playing. It's like a completely different player.

rangers traded Dupuis AND a 3rd to get Bourret, it was incorrectly reported that the 3rd was coming earlier in the day.

so why has Marcel turned it on right now?

Is he one of the few with drive to make it to playoffs?
Is it because he is playing with better people?
Has he finally become confident in his abilities?
Or is it just a fluke?

Too early to tell is my answer to all of those except # 2. That one is obvious

Yeah, I know, but Al just said we apparently are getting a pick of our choice?

Marcel has been playing well for most of a year now but not putting up points. He has much more confidence now and he's playing with top offensive players.

People were always on him because he didn't score. I knew he had the talent and he was playing an excellent grinder game for us.

Hossa was always difficult to contain with his size and skill. You have to give young players with that size a chance. It takes them time to develope.

Goes to show you, the coaching staff know something. Renney was getting slammed every day for playing this guy. He obviously saw something.

During an intermission Maloney was talking about how hard Perry Pern has been working with Hossa and that Pern also deserves lots of credit. Kudos Perry.

It has to be one of the worst game i've ever seen. The Rangers have two shoots on goal in this period. And the habs, only 3!
