Sell-Out Streak?

Does it end today? I think i ends very very soon.

With most fans feeling like that infamous abused girlfriend, and the playoffs now a pipe dream, You gotta figure that alot less people will be willing to drop that fat cash.

The streak will continue till the end of the season.

Ticketmaster released the remaining tickets for the remaining schedule Feb 26th. All games sold out in less than 15 minutes. Smyth was traded Feb 27th.

How convenient n'est pas?

The seats are sold, but will they be filled? Probably not.

Today a women at work who has season tickets and sometimes sells them to staff (has done so many times) put up her seats to tonights game.

And she sold them just as fact (almost immediately) as she sold every other seat this season.

Most tickets would have been sold prior to the trade, other than what will be available as half-price singles.

After season tickets / multi packs and those set aside for player families and important people. I think there are only a few thousand tickets that go up for general sale.

I can't see it becoming an issue for the Oilers because before the trade they could have sold those general seats twice. Now they just would have to get half those that would have come to show up for a sell out.
