Bertuzzi in the Winged Wheel

Well, here he is... Bert in the Winged Wheel! I agree with the TSN guys. He just looks like he should be in red, ya know?

Ha ha! Great new avatar. I think I'll update mine when some more photos become available. It may fit my "GRIT is Good" theme, building on my "We Need Grit" theme during the trade talks. If Bert were a fish, what kind of fish would he be?

I more than welcomed Bertuzzi's deal, but geez it's strange to see him in the Wings uniform.
Hope he gets well so we get to see him play.

Thanks for the photo and the article.

As another nuck fan, I second that. Very happy for Bert and I hope he can get down to business soon and regain his previous form.

This might even turn me into (a little bit of ) a Wings fan... Just that Chelios guy that you guys have...

I wish him well!

Man, that skate around the rink Cheli did in Vancouver is classic. Ahhh, the good old days, eh?

Chelios was the first guy who pointed out how despised he was by the Wings faithful when he got traded here from Chicago, and look at him now... still hated everywhere he doesn't play. He's mellowed though, so even you might like him now. I don't think Wings fans ever hated the Canucks or anyone who played there the way they hated the Aves [and Chelios]. I'll admit I looked forward to the games against the Nucks and Aves of old the most. Having Bert here might bring some of that back.

Best of luck to Todd and the Wings. However...that luck is rescinded were we to match up at any point in the Dance
