I like how Legwand being ungrateful to the Nashville fans is Howard's fault. Kind of like how Legwand's scoring woes was always Joel Ward's fault. Always an excuse for Legawand.

Howard has had a rapport with Legwand for years. I doubt he was taking a jab.

What I'm not surprised at is Legwand's total lack of gratitude-- which has nothing to do with Howard. Couldn't even say a nice thing about the fans. He's the real tool in the this equation.

What crap has Legwand taken exactly? We gave Legwand the biggest contract in our history (at the time), funded by US FANS. He turned back into to lackadaisical Legwand for most of that contract unless it was the playoffs. If he's gotten an personal flack from that (which I assume is few and far between), so be it. Maybe he reads message boards in his spare time.

If he played for a Canadian team, their media would have eaten him alive.

Howard and Legwand are friends off the ice. I don't think Howard was doing anything but trying to ease Legwand into the interview with a bit of a joke. Some guys you have to warm up to get a good interview out of. Weber is the same.

I'll leave this right here. Could mean a lot of things, but I was trying to see if anyone benefited from the Legwand trade.

Uhhhh.... it was a joke.... since he came here in the Legwand trade.... and the chart shows he has no goals playing with Legwand. Because he wasn't here.... I think you may need an afternoon coffee, man!

In most of those cases, I suspect seeing Leggy dealt was a big kick in the backside. A few folks roles changed and got them probably more and better opportunities.
