I thought the penalty call on Zucc was soft. I don't consider it very legitimate.

The only thing that's keeping me sane this game is that it's game 1 and not a must win, but ugh, so frustrating.

No one's actually calling him a moron or anything, just in terms of his decision making on the ice.

Well, according to him Boyle sucks and MSL is holding Richards back this game.

Is there another Rangers team playing somewhere or something?

Thats why we have 5 other guys on the ice, to bail out the goalie in situations like that. Thankfully they did.

I find it absurd that you would think his hockey IQ doesn't deserve to be mocked.

Just got in my front door from work, but it's looking like the predictions of Emery's career being over were perhaps a bit premature?

Yeah, but they didn't really bail him out. It lead to the Flyers maintaining possession in the last 10 seconds and getting some good chances.

No, Step is worse. Step is slow getting to the middle of ice; not supporting the puck quickly enough. He is doing a terrible job working with MSL.

The Flyers are moving the play to the outside which should allow Step more ice up the middle in the Ozone. He isn't taking advantage of it at all.

The only thing Step is offering that line is some decent defensive coverage.

Sometimes it really seems like some of the posters here are watching an entirely different game.

I don't know about you guys, I think Hagelin has been one of our best players. He's playing like the Hagelin of old, been great on the forecheck and the cycle.

I thought it was in line with what the refs have been calling tonight. Same thing happened with the first penalty of the game. Give the players one or two shots at each other, but the third one sends you to the box.

Emery has been good. His potential to have a bad game is high, IMO. I've seen him play dreadfully. He will yet, it not this game, in another.

Wow, sit McDonagh. Brutal game. If they score here, let him sit a few shifts and let it sink in.
