I don't mean to break your heart, but having Lubo really would not have made much of a difference today. Was he single handedly going to stop the Predators from controlling the puck as much as they did? (Hint: No.)

This game needs a fight. Now. Badly. The Kings won't win this game, but they must not leave with their tail between their legs...

Modry is just so bad. That 6th goal was his fault and he's taken two obstruction penalties, both of which turned into goals. This is the worst that the Kings have looked since before they acquired Burke. Modry is like the anti-Burke, cancelling out the stable goaltending, heh. If Burke was the worst thing for the team's draft positioning, Modry is the best (well, 2nd-best to Cloutier).

You are right, when that puck went through his crease 2 inches away he should have just let the puck keep going by. Then when he saw kariya shoot the puck into the empty net he didnt even bother extending his leg. But my bad, that is his job. How about that shot by zidlicky, i bet that wasn't his fault either...

Give me a break.

I still think Sully and Brown have great upside, in Brown's case he is already a good player at 22.
Some of us never wrote of Cammalleri because he showed some talent and drive. It is fun to look back at some of the discussions we had regarding Cammy.

Maybe, but Blake's penalty gave them the lead and his laziness in his own zone cost the Kings the 5th goal. The game got away from them because of Blake. They were still very much in the game until then.

All season the Kings have been let down by their goalies, this time, they let their goalie down with horrible mistakes and penalties. And by Veteran players, which is the most disheartening thing of all.

On the ice for the Kings for Nashville's last goal:

Burke - 40 years old
Modry - 36 years old
Brown - 22 years old
Cammalleri - 24 years old
Armstrong - 34 years old
Miller - 35 years old

Not exactly an all rookie lineup....

I thought you said you couldn't watch the game

IMO, killing 4 out of 7 isn't all that great

Well, Pushkarev was supposed to be a steal at that pick.

well, when i said that they were looking good, they had 3 PK's done (1 PP against)
but what i was pointing out was, on the 1st and 2nd PK they even had some chances, and that sounds good to me.................
