If TSN says we are in the hunt, then by golly, we are in the hunt.

Carolina plays again Friday! That's to long so hopefully they come out rusty and lose that game.

Thursday for the Habs. I like the Bruin's chances. These teams will probably be rusty after these breaks.

"We've got a lot of games in hand on the teams that are ahead of us." -Marc Savard

Chippa needs to take notes.

Chippa: "Well, Marc Savard is playing injust his first year with the Bruins, he needs to understand that even if we play twelve games less than the team in front of us, we need to be keeping pace with them blah blah blah blah..."

It's interesting that all of the other coaches talked about what they had to do to get into the playoffs, but Lewis comments were more about teaching/evaluating the players after the Montreal win.

"There's quite a group of our players that had never been in a big game in that environment. I said to the other coaches before the game, 'We're going to learn a lot about some of our players in this game.' So we're learning about our team right now."

Goes to show that the Management/Coaching staff really look at this entire year as an evaluation and a building block. Here's hoping they make the playoffs, that would be a huge step for this young team.

The Bruins basically use up all their games in hand this week, playing 4 games while the other teams only play 2. this week is crucial in making a run. they must beat Colorado and Philly, get atleast 1 point from Minny. then whatever happens vs detroit is a bonus

agreed, this is a giant week. They have to get at least 6 out of an 8 possible points this week in my estimation, I hope they can do it.
