killed it, then draper nearly puts them up 2-0.

We're on our heels, let's get some momentum going our way.

Need to use this TV timeout to reset our bearings, settle down, and get back to the game plan.

Wow, power play never even gets close to getting setup. Can't even get into the Detroit zone.

What a freaking embarssement. One of the biggest games of the year, Detroit is missing alot of key guys and we come out FLAT. Not only flat. We can't pass, hold a pass, or play defense. Legwand, Zidlicky and Vokoun all burned in the same play.

Not only that, we can't even hold the puck for two seconds before we cough it up because we are afraid to get hit.

This is sickening to watch honestly.

Erat scores, Osgood doesn't know where the puck is.

Gotta build on that.

Still being cute. It's not Hasek, where we have to fool him out of position to score. Get the puck on net and let Osgood do the rest for us.

Refs are pretty bad tonight. Good game so far though.

Still playing terrible. We have to step it up in big games. Detroit is beating us to every puck.

Sidenote, these refs are terrible tonight. They miss blatant calls but then call terrible calls. And I'm talking about calls against both teams. They look like they are on drugs. I've been shaking my head even at the ones called against Detroit.

Edit: And yet the second time tonight where I step away to type this and we score...

Yikes, sloppy play in our end, nonchalant attempts to tap the puck out of the zone. I felt like we've played a little better in this period, but that was one of the worst shifts of the game....RAD line.

it had been over seven minutes since we had a shot, when the wings scored that first goal. more than that, now...since we've not had a shot since.

when you've just blown a lead and given up 2 goals in a 25 second span, you don't get to curl around in the offensive end and make cute no look drop passes to no one. simplify it, PUT THE PUCK ON NET.

Game set match. Detroit's defense will eat up our lack of offense. Their offense will just cycle the puck deep in our zone and create chances. When we finally do get it out, we'll just dump it to their defense.
