We're acting like we're down 3-0 because we haven't really had any reason to believe this team will win 3 more games in this series with one of them having to be won in MSG. So far at least, that could all change tonight.

Part of the promotional giveaways tonight are rally towels.

Probably both; that's what I got at the Flyers playoff game I attended (a few years ago, though).

Think they might only be doing towels. For whatever reason, I think in the past they've only done one shirt in the first round besides the Penguins series. I remember going to games in the past and not getting a t-shirt.

I got a t-shirt on Tuesday. They were only giving out XL though...way too big for me. I don't know if they had different sizes at different entrances, but they only had XL where I entered.

They usually indicate the giveaway in their gameday email, it did not mention a tshirt, only rally towel. The one from Tuesday's game did. I'm pretty sure game 4 vs. the devs 1st round in 10-11 did not have a tshirt giveaway. I haven't been to every playoff game since then, but the ones I have been to all had tshirt giveaways, that was the last one that did not, I believe.

Law of averages my son.....the Flyers org actually did their homework. They know Philly is one of the nation's fattest cities...

Not yet. Vegas says we're a pick'em, which isn't necessarily a good thing since we're home.

I don't think that is possible. I eat Mickey D's or BK probably two-three times a week. They are the only two restaurants near where I work so when I forget or don't have enough time to bring lunch that's my only option.

Well, there is a WaWa too but the other two are easier to get to and I am lazy...

On the game: I really wish Berube would just play Laughton over Rinaldo.
Also, like 75% of our board, I am miffed by Berube's oversight of Gustaffson. I know this is not a new development but passing and mobility could turn the zone break-out in our favor.

On Philly: Isn't there a magazine that consistently votes Philly as the fattest, ugliest, and least cultured city? Bah, I remember hearing it and first being confused then realizing these people are ********.

Laughton has no practice with the team and so on. It's a valid argument for him not playing tonight. I could easily see him being in on game 5 though over Rinaldo.
