THN Top 50 Prospect List

Nobody from Phoenix made the list. I'm surprised that LeNeveu did not make the list myself.

is it good or bad to not have any guys in the top 50 yet be rated #5 Team wise? I see it as, alot of good prospects, but no Kovalchuk in the works.

Except for David being left off, I dont think we have any other guys worthy of top 50. Time to reload in the 2004 draft. Was Freddie not eligible?

I should be able to pick up a hard copy tomorrow but I would suspect that this is based off of the earlier results in the season when Sjostrom was not lighting up the AHL score sheets.

There seemed to be a lot of goalies.. I thought Leneveu would be in there.

My thoughts exactly; I feel strongly that Leneveu belongs. Maybe they looked at the Falcons record but that is misleading. JMP and Lennie kept these guys from blowouts a large number of times.
