Its about 10-20 mins west of Utica. Between Utica and Syracuse (but closer to utica)

I've got two friends who went to Skidmore in the 80s and played on the outdoor rink at the corner of East Ave. and Excelsior, on what is now an empty lot south of EBI bev.

Hmmm, looks like a lot of Rangers fans in the Utica area...is that true?

I wonder why so many there? A lot of NYC transplants or something else going on?

Is anybody from Plattsburgh, Binghamton, Syracuse, or Rochester?

For Rangers games, from NYC to the Albany area is that all Ranger games with points north and west the cutoff for blackouts?

How far North or West can I go in NY and still get all the NYR games?
Do you get NESN out in Albany?
