You are not. I've never liked the Rangers and I don't really have a good reason for it.

Stories about fights in the stands at MSG are about as rare as stories about Lindsay Lohan getting drunk.

Not that it's a shocker, but that's in Philly.

Oh. Well, that's different.

Stories about fights in the stands at the Whatever-Bank-It-Is Spectrum Replacement is about as rare as a movie directed by J.J. Abrams that features lens flare.

Yeah, you can thank Parti Quebecor for the downgrade.

I believe in the expansion diplomacy model.

'Hey Cuba! We put an MLB team in Havana, you become state #51. Kthxbye.'

'Hey QC! We give you an expansion team you **** about breaking away. & go beat up the Habs for a decade or 2. KTHXBYE!'

Muller hired to assist Hitchcock in St. Louis. So far, they don't seem to like the move.

Isn't Muller a guy known for his defensive schemes and insight? To assist a defensive-minded coach that couldn't get the VERY talented bluesers past the first round..... wonder why it wouldn't be very well recieved?

Personally think Hitch is on the hottest seat in the NHL next year, unless the Pens crap-the-bed but don't let Bylsma go. That Blues team has a bunch of talent, brought in guys to fill holes, and still..... I know it's the defending champ 'hawks, but not-so-sure they shouldn't have lost that first round.

I don't know if that's more on maf or bylsma, nice goal to give up to start the game inside the first commercial break

Don't think it matters who they put behind the bench, I just don't know if that roster has what it takes. That core group, including Oshie, Berglund, etc... have underachieved under Andy Murray, Davis Payne, and now Hitchcock. I see them very much like I saw the Sharks or Capitals over the years--ton of talent, excellent regular season team, and just don't have the horses to get it done in the post-season. Maybe the likes of Schwarz and Tarasenko will take them in a different direction, but I think they need to shake up some of the core personnel a bit.

Kane with the dagger through Leipold's heart. OK, now I can go back to disliking the Hawks.

thread on he trade board speculating that Leggy(among others) won't be re-signed in Detroit. Not that I want him back, just wondering where he ends up if not Detroit

As soon as the Wings were eliminated, one of the respectable prognosticators (can't remember who) said that the only UFA that would be signed was Alfredsson. Leggy was relegated to the 4th line by the end of the playoffs. Not sure where he'll land, but it most likely won't be Detroit. Could wind up reunited with Trotz???

So they would have traded Jarnkrok and a 2nd for 21 regular season games of Legwand and 5 playoff games?
