I love what Souray had to say about Carbo and the coaching staff:
"They're professionals. They don't neglect any details in the team's preparation before each games. It has nothing to do with them if we start the games wrongly. It's our fault.
The coaches are treating us as adults. They give us a lot of latitude. It's a philosophy that I appreciate. It's the same thing for the management. They put everything in order to facilitate our job and make it so that we're in a position to obtain success. It's up to us to merit this good treatment."
That's just not true. Read the article. Souray even mentions that he would have gone off on the players before Carbo did.
haddock... no point trying to convince some people they have there minds made up already. as far as they are concerned it's all the coaches fault. Souray could go tell them in person that they players are responsible for there own on ice play, it still wouldn't convince them sadly. i guess actually watching the games and seeing the lack of effort isn't enough either.

Looks like that doesn't it. Meh... Just reading the articles posted before starting to whine, moan and b*tch should be mandatory though.
And Jean-Charles "Duck" Lajoie still blaming Kovalev on CKAC right now...
You know what....I'm starting to believe that Kovalev DID say those things and that he doesn't want to play for Carbo anymore. That is why he sat out for 2 weeks after the supposed dressing room fight.
When you sit back and look at everything that has happened and all the rumors that have been denied, plus take into consideration that the team has no chemistry or desire to win....I think the rumors are true. I think we will find out in the off season what really happened.
He came back into the line up and played his best 2 periods of the year 2 days before the trade deadline.....smells to me like he was hoping someone would be interested and make Bob and offer for him....since that didn't work....he went back to the old drawing board.
