Breakaways, constant penalties, D doing that slow dance when the puck ends up behind them, unable to get into scoring positions. So mainly it's speed I'm getting beat on.

I reverted back to

Duchene - Krejci - Voracek
Marchand - Couture - Ryan
Kopitar - Bergeron - Burns
Getzlaf - Kesler - Berglund

McDonagh - Shattenkirk
Fowler - Myers
Gardiner - Voynov

and won 5-4 - Fowler, Myers, Bergeron, Krejci and Couture scoring. 2 from the point, 2 goalmouth scrambles and a lucky 5 hole blast by Krejci - no breakaways, still impossible to get past defenders.

Getzlaf wasn't near as useful as Pacioretty is in the same position so he's prob the first one I'll cash in on. Though I may try moving Couture to the RW and playing Getzlaf up the middle of that 2nd line.

Still getting caught on that ridiculous odd man rush despite changing up D strategy.

I seem to be coming up against what looks like teams of cheap players boosted to 99 recently - and all manned by antagonistic replay-watchers. Prob means it's my D that needs work.

Find someone that needs to borrow, ship it out, then take it back on the second account. Repeat once more to get it back on main account and you've saved time + made pucks for lending them out.

I finally hit my stride in Division 1. 11-0 in my last 11. I retooled my lineup a bit and tried some different combinations.

Giroux - Bergeron(A) - Sochi Radulov
Duchene - SC Johansen(C) - Gaborik
HL Henrique - HL Kesler - HL Dubinsky
HL Jokinen - Sochi Ruutu - HL Steen

HL E. Johnson(A) - MS Campbell
ROTY Gelinas - HL Faulk
HL Gardiner - HL Niskanen

Bishop
Missiaen

Top 2 lines fill the net. The bottom 2 lines are great defensively. Bishop has finally started keeping pucks out of my net on lazy wristers from the point.

i made my 4th line into this

POTG Kassian - Duchene - Hossa

HOLY **** THIS LINE IS NASTY.

they play maybe 10 minutes a game (my checking line of HL steen - bergeron - POTG girgensons has lost some minutes to them) and their shifts are always huge for my momentum and usually lead to extended forechecks. POTG kassian has great speed and size and is a beast in the corners, while everyone here knows how good duchene and hossa are. i usually carry it into the zone with duchene, get it to kassian down low and work the cycle til i can set someone up for a one timer from the slot or work the points if that doesn't open up.

if you have those guys throw them together it is a really fun line.

also my top line is now

POTG seguin (C) - sochi kesler (A) - TOTY hall

i usually score 2-3 goals a game with this line

Been working on my lineup a bit lately, This is what I've worked out for now

Nash-HL Nyquist(C)-Hossa
Parise-Gretzky-Gaborik
Giroux-Bergeron-HL Selanne
Zetterberg-Duchene(A)-Hall

Suter-Doughty
Kronwall(A)-Pietrangelo
Letang-Seabrook

Mike Smith in net, plays out of his mind most of the time!

Been on fire as of late, I think 25-1-0 last I saw monthly, but that just reset obviously, 16-0-0 this week though

Had a few interesting games though...One I was ripping the guy apart, 6-0 or so, and he starts ragging the puck behind his net so I don't keep scoring, Worked out really well, 9-1 final score lol
Then the next guy had a very average team for being in Div 1, I score a PPG halfway through the first...So it's 1-0 keep in mind, he stops playing...Messages me, then quits. I see what it says, "Sweet team you ********** *********"
I told him I just had a guy sit through a 9-1 thrashing and he quits after 1? Why even bother playing if you're going to quit after 1?! Puzzled me, but just part of the game I guess!

Okay so here is my new team:

Nash - Sochi Kesler - Gaborik
Zetterberg - HL Backstrom - Kessel
Hall - Taveres - 87 Sochi Grabner
ROTY Palat - Bergy - and 76 MacKinnon

HL Johnson brothers
HL Mcdonut - HL Hedman
Forgot who - Kronwall

90 Luongo
HL bishop
I got about 100k pucks left and thinking of changing it up. JT, Mac, and Palat are not really impressing me.
Ideas?

Solid team. I didn't like JT or Palat either. HL MacKinnon is decent for me though.

He's slightly better on draws. I change my lines manually after every whistle so it doesn't matter where I stick Crosby (he's still getting me 3-4 points a game )

Basically, when I have a defensive zone faceoff I put out lines 1 or 3. Offensive zone faceoff I put out lines 2 or 1. Line 4 plays when I need to give top 2 lines a rest.

I have one on xbox with somewhere just less than 250 gp. I like him so I use him but might be convinced to move him for a good deal.

Quick question for you guys, is HUT gaining more popularity then when it first came around?

I play FUT and that thing is probably the most popular sports gaming model

Think the Bishop experiment is over. Guy is ass. Just let in 6 goals, more than half were soft.

14 wins and 8 loses. 2.37 GAA and .873 SV%
