Yeah, gotta go with the Hawks. I hate all the teams in the east and I don't really care about any teams in the west but **** Bryz, **** the Kings, Perry is a *****, and I kinda like Toews and Kane. So Hawks by the process of elimination.

I'm very cool with the Habs lifting the cup.

Fair enough. I've just never been able to build any real animosity towards the B's. They built that team so damn well, and I have too much respect for that organization to cheer against them. Especially when the alternative is Montreal or Pittsburgh.

My order of desire from the east:

Boston
New York
Montreal
Pittsburgh

And the west:

Anaheim/Chicago
Los Angeles
Minnesota

Was really pulling for SJ or Colorado. But just my luck to go 0/3 on game sevens.

EDIT: And similar to my inability to build animosity for Boston, I have similarly failed to ever build much good will towards the Kings. I really tried because of Carter and Richards, but they're just too bland to get excited about. Also, we hear enough already about the Kings "winning" those trades; it would just be overkill for them to win a Cup and see all the "LOL Flyers" posts that still don't make a modicum of sense.

Wild or Ducks. Tired of the Hawks.

I'd agree but put the Kings slightly higher than the Blackhawks.

Sadly only one chance for a noob Cup winner this year in Minnesota.

Wouldn't mind them winning, but I can't see them beating Chicago.

oh there is little doubt they are a great team and they were built really well. I just hate them. they can thank their fanbase for that. Montreal for me is the lesser of the 3 evils of the other teams. In the end I will root against whoever comes out of the East. Yes even if its LA or Chicago again in the west. I actually have a soft spot for LA due to my Monarchs connection. would kill to have skilled young forwards like Toffoli and Pearson in the system in Philly
Monarchs sure could use the help. Gibson is killing them in the first round.

The Penguins are seriously the most undisciplined team in recent memory, and it has nothing to do with penalties. They have zero lane discipline in the neutral zone. The rangers look like they have men's league skating lanes out there.

The rangers are just a really good well coached smart team that plays to their strengths. They know how to win and they have a stud goalie. That is a recipe for a stanley cup visit.

Rangers score two times in one sequence to win it in OT.

Crosby was a minus-3 in Game 1. Crosby has now gone 33 straight playoff periods without scoring a goal.

And people on here cry about Giroux

Andrew MacDonald and Luke Schenn each have more goals than Sidney Crosby in the playoffs.
