JVR + B level prospect for Jones
Kadri + 3rd + any prospect of Nashville's choice for Jones
Kessel for Jones + Wilson + 2nd 2015/Sissons.

We'll throw in Franson's rights in any of these deals just to sweeten the pot.

Flyers fans have offered up Simmonds + 1st and Voracek + Laughton as two trade proposals. Does that interest you?

I would disagree... TB is more in need of defense than Drouin... If I'd be TB's GM and Poile was offering Jones for Drouin, I'd highly consider that offer

bigger return and Seth Jones should be their biggest building piece.

Weber will be 29 in august and his value will never be higher.
The problem with trading Weber is our defense is made up of a bunch of 23 years old and then Jones at 19. With the amount of money already paid towards his contract, his skill set and the value of having him as a leader on a very young blueline, I'm not sure any team would offer up enough to compete with his value to Nashville.

In that case, you should add Simmonds, Voracek and Schenn on that list which would leave Nash with very little options left as I doubt guys like Monahan, Couture, Duchene and Landeskog are going to be traded. Maybe Poile can struck a deal for one of the Oiler's young forwards.

You would think one of Jones,Josi,Weber has to be going somewhere, just like one of Couture, Pavs, Jumbo, Burns is probably going somewhere. ;p

Or we could just have a top four of Josi-Weber Ekholm-Jones and continue building our forwards for the next two years.

If we're trading Jones a 30 year old defensive center shouldn't be the centerpiece, we'd be looking at younger players we can build our offense around. We value Jones like other teams value Sequin, Hall, Mackinnon, and Duchene. Colorado or Edmonton would have an advantage if we ever wanted to trade Jones, but I doubt we ever would.

Package up 11th, 8th and Wilson to Edmonton for 3rd overall
Edmonton get a big body top 6 forward in Wilson, with 8th and 11th allowing them to draft two solid prospects

Leafs address their need of a 1 center and 1 defencemen with Jones and Bennett.
Count Edmonton out . We would want 1 quality asset not a bunch of lessor pieces , Our biggest need is a #2 C . Guess what we can Draft one or do a deal with the Flyers for the Schenn,s . Bennett would probably be a good fit for the Flyers . As for Wilson He may be big but he does not really play big . rumour has a Gagner Swap for him

Duchene interests me. Thats the 1-1 I'd be all over. I'm fine adding picks to even it out.

Would Marchand from the Bruins interest the Preds at all? Obviously not straight up but we have a some nice young prospects would could likely add into the mix. Not sure the Bruins have much else they could afford to part with of the big boys on the team. It would help the Bruins in regards to cap. Young high scoring winger could fit the bill.

Jesus, please don't help the Bruins out. They are already a ***** to play against. If you are giving them Jones please make them part with Lucic

Wat.
You wouldn't get Hall or RNH. Maybe Ebbs......that would be tough. Im not sure where the value would be? Eberle for Jones +??? Im just guessing?

You have to understand that the Preds management is in love with Jones. Nashville has proven that they are EXCELLENT at evaluating dmen and they see Jones as the future replacement for Weber and I tend to agree. He's a #1 dman in the making with franchise dman potential. You are going to have to pay for that potential and not what he's actually worth today.

Ebs probably holds very similar value to Simmonds from our team and we included OUR 1st with him in our offer for Jones. In a deal between Edmonton and Nashville for Ebs and Jones, I think it would be the Oilers adding, not the Preds

Duchene for Jones plus a pick would be an ideal fit for both teams.

CO would get a kid who is going to be a monster top pairing if not #1 guy in a short time and the Preds get their true #1C for the next several years who is already very very good but should just get better and better.

I like the deal but hope neither of them make such a move.

No. Just like Weber, if Hall or RNH are not coming back don't waste your minutes

I'm not an expert on the Preds needs nor their prospects but yeah, of all the offers for Jones, I'd like this one the best if I were them if I had to be completely honest.

I just really believe Jones WILL become that #1 guy with franchise potential and I just really really want the Flyers to get him.
