It was in...but a difficult call to reverse, just like the other night.

I think that was in when it hit the goal stick, but I'd be crazy to expect the call there. Inconclusive.

Keep attacking.

Orts just can't get a single break when it comes to any of the chances he gets. How many times has he almost put one in this year. Seems like at least half a dozen to me.

The NHL should put the cameras directly above the goal line like they used to have. I think its BS that certain arenas can't be fitted for a different angle, I just think that teams don't want to pay for it.

That being said, it was inconclusive.

Were the officials even looking at the correct thing?

They said that it hit the crossbar, but it clearly deflected off the stick first. The only question would be whether or not the puck was in the net when it hit the stick.

Not all Islander fans felt that the call should have been reversed. It was inconclusive as was this one.

Jagr left again. He shouldn't have played today.

No shots on goal thus far. Tough call to make. When your Captain says he wants to play, it would be hard to sit him.

1-1, crap 2nd period. NY gives up a goal, and with about 3/4's of a period, can only get 2 shots on a cold goalie. This game is huge, they need to come out to play.

the puck was in, but they made the right call. it wasnt definitive. what i want to know is why the over head camera isnt over the goal line? whoever positioned that camera incorrectly needs to be fired.

Rangers CONTINUE to play the canes style. its going to get worse before it gets better.

The point still stands that bad fortune isn't just a Long Island thing. Furthermore the wave off on the Island the other night should be an example to Ranger fans that bad fortune isn't just a Manhattan thing, either.
