I was thinking the same thing. Think it's a stretch though.

I'm still high on Shazier. I don't think it's criminal to draft him at 12. He played a 4-3 at OSU and is better suited for OLB. Williams is in the last year of his deal and he hasn't improved.

I don't know. Martin or Lewan but I wouldn't mind Shazier who has really shot up the last few weeks. He won't be around in the 2nd.

I think he will be there. Don't see Minnesota, Detroit, or Tennessee going line.

Anyone else thinking about that "Giants will pick Manziel if he's there" article right now??

For the record, no they are not taking him. But it sure looks funny now.

Wait, I thought Lewan wasn't on the draft board of anyone in the first round?

****ing Titans taking my pick.

My $ is on Martin. Not thrilled with a Guard at 12, but it's the safe play and the oline is a huge issue.

Don't really follow beat writers for NFL, but any news on Jets pick? Don't want to look because they spoil picks ahead of tv!

Blech. Round 2 depth for DTs is too good for me to want to take an undersized one like Donald at 12.

I know you really wanted him, but I watched the guy get destroyed for years against MSU. That's not even taking into account his off the field issues, no matter how much the media is downplaying it. I'm also not a fan of taking guys based on their measurables or on how well they perform at the combine. It's the same with Justin Gilbert, I don't think he was the best corner, however he was probably the most athletic.

Lol. You watched him have a couple of bad games? He dominated Clowney. He dominated guys for his first three seasons. Dude took the year off last year. Dude also has no real off field issues since it's all a bunch of overblown garbage.

Lewan is going to be a fantastic player in the NFL.

I'm cool with ODB. Didn't think we'd do it, though. Would've preferred to trade down.
