Any word on goalie tonight? I'm assuming Trotz will split time between the two det games, but If anyone gets word on who starts tonight, please let us know.
thanx
We're still a good team without Forsberg in the lineup. While I'd prefer him to be in tonight, I'd much rather have him ready for the playoffs then right now.
Huge game tonight. Our schedule is really rough after this home and home. If we are able to get two wins then we'll really open up our lead. If we split we need to just do better then them, which will be tough since we have a tad bit harder schedule. If we lose both then we're screwed
Sweet! Please throw a real one rather than that lame pillow that someone keeps throwing. (that is just embrassing) The catfish regard it as an honor to be sacrificed to the Preds.

per the article listed in the news section regarding foppas status:
Goalie status: The Red Wings are expected to start Chris Osgood in goal tonight and Dominik Hasek on Wednesday. Trotz said he hadn't decided whether to split the next two games between Tomas Vokoun and Chris Mason.
so i am assuming vokie tonight and depending on how he feels and plays he may go again tomorrow. vokie hasn't been in back-2-back games since he returned and trotz may use these games as a measuring stick for the POs. as for the wings, the detroit free press reported osgood tonight and hasek tomorrow as well.

get me a ticket that is within throwing range of the ice and i am your mule.
Preds "magic number" to clinch a playoff spot is three. Any combination of three points gained by the Preds, or lost by the Avalanche will clinch their spot. Av's are idle tonight, they host Calgary tomorrow night.
Forsberg practiced yesterday and is possible tonight
but my gut says he doesnt go......
PS These are amazing GDT, the Wings board hasnt even put one up yet
Yeah, we may have to fire our GDT guy, who usually puts up some incredible GDT's. I think he's starting to believe that school and exams are an acceptable excuse for these oversights.
Good luck, you guys should have the edge tonight as our roster is a bit in tatters. Too bad, as it would be really nice to have these teams play when both had all their players. I notice you're still w/o Sullivan, Forsberg, and Harnell as well...

Its like a fight between two fighters with each fighter having one arm tied behind their back.
