I know the gloves were on the ice...I saw them there, and I know I saw a Red Wing player bring him his gloves. If you have a video for me to watch, I will gladly watch it and revise my opinion if needed. I'm not a Tootoo lover, far from it, but certainly you can see the logic in him not dropping the gloves in this instance, especially in regards to last night.

1 glove came off after the fact when the linesman rushed in. By then tootoo had already thrown his punches.

and no i dont see the logic. If yer cheap about starting a fight, and refuse to square up and then throw punches. And then you refuse to oblige the guy with an even square up is proposed, yer just a putz.

Our views on the incidents differ. Show me the video, and maybe I will agree with you, until then, from my seat in the stands, I saw something totally different.

What a beautiful goal by Radulov!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No. Vokoun played poorly last night, but he was coming off a terrific West Coast road trip where he played some of his best hockey of the year.

Not much bad to say about that period. I'll take 1-0 after one period at the Joe any day of the week!

Lidstrom & Lilja were the d-men on the ice... I would have to watch the play again to see who sprung who.

lilja - seems to have inherited Lang's knack for bad passes.

We have lost 7 of over 20+ faceoffs.....Unfortunately, one of those few faceoff wins is perfectly clean right to Lidstrom for the goal.

That's what I get for listening to the Detroit PBP guys. I missed the first period.
