Watching Callahan...

tonight just reminds how much I wanted to see him earlier in the season...glad he's making the most of his chance - not sure how it'll last, but this kid's ready for a role in the NHL, and that role may be third line right winger in place of Ortmeyer.

Best period for the Rangers all year, 6 goals. 20 minutes left, no melt-down, we want 10

I LOVE the NESN commenators... they are the anti-homers

"Callahan, scores! And if that doesn't sum it up, 7 nothing, and they are getting their butts kicked!"

I said to myself after last night's game, "Callahan has played his last game in the AHL...he's here to stay." And after this performance tonight, I'm sure of it. No way that a team in desperate need of offense would send him down again. He's worked his tail off all year in the AHL and he's ready for the NHL.

After this, if Callahan gets demoted there's no way you can say Renney and the Rangers brass are competent at running the franchise. It would be a travesty. Let the guy play with the big boys, he's showing he can do it.

These guys are great, they were great during the 1st too. They are so original 6, allot of class, no BS like you get from so many other places. Like NYI's guys who only showed the review of the puck cleary not passing the goalline once, and kept running the one that looked like it were in.

First and last time that phrase will be used to describe the Boston announcers

I know I may get killed for saying this but I'd take Henrik out for the 3rd period...Forget the shutout he needs a rest and it gets StevieV some action...
