Loved what Ferrence had to say in the video in the article "once again the B's come away with nothing". Him being a relative new comer, coming from a team with a captain that actually leads and rarely takes nights off, really blasted everyone of the team saying that they've got a ways to go character wise and wearing their hearts on their sleeves etc.
