Unlikely we move him but just to put feelers out there we are temporarily willing to talk about trading Zetterberg. Team desperately needs to get younger and he is the only guy without a NTC.

1st overall is still available but I'm thinking I might just keep it. If you're interested a young, top 6 forward/top 4 d-man is a must in any deal.

Dmitri Kulikov could be moved for a similarly aged forward. Looking to move Tomas Fleischmann in a package for a top 4 d-man or in a deal for picks/prospects.

Tomas Kopecky, Scottie Upshall, Sean Bergenheim all available for cheap.

Willing to dangle Marc Methot + Mark Stone for an upgrade on defense.

TSN: Bruins are expected to pick up the tempo in making moves today. We are hearing one huge offer has been made to Western Conference team this morning involving a top superstar. Also breaking this morning, sources say Brad Marchand declined to waive his no trade clause last night to go to Winnipeg, in a deal that would've landed Boston Evander Kane.
Trade block
Brad Marchand
Johnny Boychuk
Adam McQuaid
Matt Bartkowski
Kevan Miller
Malcolm Subban
Alexander Khokolachev
Ryan Spooner
*ALL OTHER PROSPECTS*

In seek of:
Top line scoring threat
More organizational depth of forwards
any move that improves our team short term

Curtis Glencross. Don't want to move him but if a team is willing to offer a good young player, I will listen.

Taking offer for Jiri Hudler. Might not move him but will listen to offers.

Ladislav Smid still available.

Wideman is on his way out, some details left to handle.

We have alot of cap space. Would be willing to take a cap dump with a asset if it makes sense. Interest is in a LH defenceman, LW and a 4th line center.

Young defenseman with high potrential (LHD if possible)
Young top 6 center with top line potential (or 1B type of guy)

We had interesting trade talks late yesterday night and there is a strong possibility that one of Yakupov or Eberle will be traded today. While we would prefer to move Yakupov, we're not against the idea of moving Eberle if it makes sense for our team.

A lot of other players available, we're looking to shake up this team.

PM!

TRADE ANNOUNCEMENT

:jackets

The Arizona Coyotes have acquired forward Brandon Dubinsky, Boone Jenner and Josh Anderson from the Columbus Blue Jackets, in exchange, the Yotes sent to the Jackets defenseman Keith Yandle and forward Antoine Vermette.

''Brandon is a complete beast. He's a complete pain to play, he's exactly to type of guy we want to build with. He's got offensive skills, is great defensively and has great shutdown abilities, plays with load of grit, hits hard, can agitate, will drop the mitts for the team if needed. He's a guy you win with, a real character player and leader''.

''Boone is the same type as Brandon. He's big, great offensive offensive tools, great shutdown abilities and two-way game, really physical, clutch. He's got huge upside and fits exatly with the type of game we play".

''Josh is a physical beast. He's a great hitter, finishes every checks and hits very hard, will drop the mitts for the team, has decent offensive tools and good two-way game as well. He's a character guy, wasn't drafted in the OHL, wasn't drafted in his 1st year of egibily in the NHL, but never stop worked and showed a lot of character. We want guy like him in our system,we really like his upside. Good luck to Keith and Antoine in Columbus".

Thanks to DongHabs for the smooth negotiations.

Evander Kane

NYI 1st 2014

Yay. Trades!

Evander is a young forward with a huge future in the NHL. We felt he needed a change of scenery and slotting in alongside John Tavares will really bring his offensive development to its peak. Thrilled to bring in a player like Kane.

So you get Kane and let Winnipeg keep their first.

Basically, Kane for nothing, talk about attitude problems!

Rumours out there that the Penguins are close to trading Malkin and Neal.

Everyone else other than Crosby and Maatta are available.

have completed 2 deals that will definitely help take away the notion that we are a soft team.

Someone's gotta teach him to use a real phone rather than stacks of money.

Bob McKenzie : While the Oilers would prefer to trade Yakupov in a straight up trade, I'm hearing they are also listening to package deals as long as the centerpiece is a young top 6 forward, a young top 4 defenseman, a bluechip prospect or a high pick.

@DarrenDreger: hearing Detroit is willing to move Zetterberg or Frazen in the right deal! As the team continues to try to get a little younger.

Looking for a top-pairing defenseman. Willing to move anything but Benn and Seguin for one.

Still have top 4 RHD Zbynek Michalek available.

Boedker can be available for the right price, but it would take a very solid offer.
