224 was completely sold out when I was on the site. I'm in 225 and was looking to move over.

Beware of certain aisle seats. The row behind me Row 12 -- the aisle seats have the plexiglass above the portal and the guy who sits there wasn't very happy with his seats.

I have 208 Row 15, but my time isn't until Monday @ 11am. I highly doubt anything better will open for me, considering I'm on the first row of the price break already. Only thing bad about my seats is that I'm right in the middle of the whole section so its hard to get in and out.

Anybody else who had their upgrade already have trouble completing the seat relocation online? I get to the screen where you're supposed to press the hold button after you select your new seats but nothing happens when I press the hold button.

Same here. You need to match up the same number of seats in order for the hold button to work. So if u want to change only 2 of 4 seats, the hold button doesn't work

I guess that's why it doesn't work for me. I have 6 seats but only want to change 4 of them. I emailed my rep to ask her to make the change for me in the morning. I hope my choices are still available. How did you get your relocation to work ?

Can't believe they haven't corrected this problem. Obviously we aren't the only ones with this issue

I concur 100%. After relocation, I was blessed with Row 12 seats on the aisle, at the knuckle. Plenty of leg room, but one hand rail in my face, and another one above the portal (with plexiglass to boot).

Took my rep to the seat on an off day. And she said, "Oh my G-d! This is awful." She took a picture then worked diligently in the off-season to move me. She came through.

When visiting old neighbors this post-season, I was tempted to ask the people in my old seats how they liked them. I decided it would be bad karma to do so.

I cannot recommend taking seasons in Row 12 aisle seats in the 200's.

Cheers!
-Doug

Are any of these issues noticeable when you look at the view from the seats on the relocation page?

It's a tough call. Really like the Gallery seats, but if I could get a low row in 212/213 or 222/223 I'd be tempted. It would probably have to be in the first 5 or 6 rows though. Otherwise I'll just stick with 217.

My time was at 9:00 AM... There has been a lot of movement in 221,222,223. I see seats popping up and disappearing. There is a good three pack in row 11 that hasn't moved.

No.

What is displayed on "the view from the section / row" is generic at best, and will be from the center of the row, not the aisle.

I've attached what I was blessed with after my original relocation. This view is generous, as it is taken from the second seat from the aisle. The aisle seat is much much worse, and the only part of the ice I could view unobstructed was from the blue line out to the 8th avenue goal.

You do not want aisle seats that have no seats in front of them in the 200's, unless of course you are considering the lowest row in the section.

Some decent seats available today. Plenty of Row 1 Gallery's (to be expected) a handful of Row 2's as well. Also some pairs in Row 3-5. That said, nothing I felt was worth upgrading to...but for people on the bad end or in higher rows there are options.

That's awful. I would be furious if I showed up excited about my new seats and saw that.

I have a further update on the problem with multiple seats.
The rep changed my 6 seats to 3 blocks of 2 seats each so I can make any changes myself in the future.

Gave up 4 of my 6 seats in section 220 row 1.
Kept 2 in row 1 and was able to get the 2 seats directly behind them in row 2.
Save $4,488 per year including the 3 preseason games.

The other 2 I got were section 109 row 17. Two of the people who share seats with me requested seats in the lower level. Those seats are only $3.00 more per seat than the 1st row Gallery seats.

I wanted to keep 2 of the seats in 1st row Gallery in case I hate the 2nd row gallery seats. Not sure if the people in the 1st row will block my view from the 2nd row seats.
