True, these games are too important to worry about 4th line fighters.

I think the most intriguing thing will be who gets scratched for Ortmeyer.

But doing so takes peoples minds off the actual enormity of some of these games...

I would say that they are allot lower then close to 99%. We would get 91 pts.

If MTL wins against Boston and us they would have 92.

After us, Toronto got Flyers, Islanders and Montreal. Gooing 3-0 aren't all that unlikely, would give them 93 pts.

I would bet on that we will make it if we win tonight, by winning one more game. But wouldn't say that its 99% sure. NYI would love to stick it to us, MTL are a good team and Pitts fighting for home ice in the season finale could also be tough...

Didn't they get a point in some of them?

Yes, I believe Sam or Joe mentioned last night that they blew 12 2 goal leads, but got points in 5 of them...or 5 points from those games...or something like that.

to be honest, as much as i like having orr in the game for his presence, we still have strudwick, who will fight anyone at anytime, granted hes no brashear, but hes only a step below orr and hes still above hollweg

however, if it was my choice, i may keep ortmeyer out another game or isbister just doesnt play tonite

Wish I was going to this one, but I'll be watching. Biggest game of the season, no question about it.

I have a feeling Isbister is going to get scratched after he missed the net twice last night in Philly so Ortmeyer can get back out there. Nevertheless, I think Lundqvist is going to bring his A game tonight after the last 2 games and lead us to a big win. I hope.

To be honest, i'd probably venture towards taking out Orr. Mainly because that enforcer role wont be needed nearly as much and Ortmeyer brings some very valuable things.

Hollweg Betts and Ortmeyer is absolutely a line that is capable of going against top lines. Would be great to see Hollweg out there against skill players too because he can really make the guys who matter, pay.

if the Rangers play like they did last night, i predict Toronto 7 Rangers 4

If they play like they did during the streak, i predict Rangers 3 Toronto 2

We've already given up 7 goals to Toronto once this season...let's not make it twice.

I know exactly how it is!

Especially since some subjects have been argued back and forth for 2 years, its easy to pick up at the "lowest point"...

Toronto takes a 3-0 lead after 2, then we come back and tie it in the 3rd and wins it in OT.

Tor-NYR 3-4
TOR: Tucker, Sundin and Steen
NYR: Cullen, Shanny, Prucha and Prucha in SO.

Belak won't be in, the last time he played I believe is when Maurice just threw him into the lineup against the Devils to take care of business with Janssen.

Who's starting for you guys?

Hmm game time decision on who will be scratched?

Could Orr be the odd man out? Belak didn't play for Toronto against Pitts.

I really don't see a need for playing Orr against Toronto, its such a important game that they won't risk anything trying to goon us, besides, while having allot of lbs and inches, they don't really have any goon type at all to handle, pretty much only Tucker, Ponikarovsky and co. Struds ought to be able to take care of them.

Taking out Orr and putting in Orts would be a big upgrade. Otherwise, its probably Cally who sits...
