Line-up against the Islanders

Who will be sitting tomorrow night when we face the Islanders? Any ideas on line combinations?

Isbister - Nylander - Jagr
Avery - Straka - Shanny
Orts - Cullen- Prucha
Callahan/Hollweg - Betts- Orr

Girardi - Toots
Roszival - Malik
Mara - Strudwick

Do we need Colton Orr tomorrow?

I think So

That means Cally or Hollywood have to sit unless Jed is still injured

OT.. I have a request... Flyline88 should do the crucial GDT for tommorow's game.. He's on some streak.

Isbister-Nylander-Jagr
Avery-Straka-Shanny
Prucha-Cullen-Callahan
Hollweg-Betts-Orr

there is no way Renney will bench Callahan, he has been hot lately and I believe scored the GWG against the Leafs

We have to play Colton if for no other reason to keep Yashin from getting out of line

I hear ya but than Orts sits and he's a valuable Pk man. Not an easy choice.

Nice user name...

I use to semi cringe going to see the Dead at the Coliseum in the 80's and than the lights would go down and Jerry made it all ok.

The lines will prob be exactly the same as the last game started with

Izzy-Nyls-Jags
Pru-Straks-Shanny
Avery-Cullen-Cally
Orty-Betts-Orr/Holly

Then on the PP

Pru-Nyls-Jags-Straks-Rosy
Avery-Cullen-Shanny-Mara-Pock

hahahaha, the Coliseum had some good Dead shows though. Go to Nassau is one of their great live records. With that said, I always make sure not to correlate the greatness of the Dead with the Fishsticks.

Regarding Orts, he is valuable. If he is ready to go I wouldnt be suprised to see Orr take a seat.

Orr has to be in the lineup. The last game he wasn't was the game that the Flyers beat us, when they played very physical. We can't afford to not play him because if the game gets physical we don't want any of our stars getting hurt this close to the playoffs.

Orr protects this team...the guys want him in there...and he's playing fine. The question is does Hollweg get back in there for Isbister/Callahan? Unfortunately, my guess would be no

Callahan wont be a scratch till everyone is healthy. he deserves to play. it would be hollweg for isbister or Orr.

Callahan isn't going anywhere. When Hossa's healthy he'll replace Isbister... they have the same jobs, same function, same contributions. We don't need Isbister with his lack of finishing and one-dimensional game, he doesn't even kill penalties.

I thought Orr had a bad game against Toronto and I wouldn't be surprised if he starts to sit in these last few games. Come playoffs, his presence is less and less necessary. Keep him in tonight to provide some law and order but he should sit against Montreal.
