For goodness sake Renney be decisive. Make a decision and stick to it, do you think Kennan, Burns, Hitch, Shoenfeld, Constentine would ever be so soft in telling the press what his descisions are and why? All Season long!

Stop trying to appease everyone! Even if it's an unpopular choice, stand up and show that you are the coach!

Its just putting out the smallest bit of information you can... The less the opponent knows the better... It is the same concept in all sports. Typically the coaches who allow the least amount of information out are the successful ones. He's doing the correct thing although it may be frustrating at times.

If Jagr can't be motivated by clinching, perhaps he will be motivated by trying to hit 100.

Can't believe I'm saying this but, GO RANGERS!

I don't know if you are cracking at me or Theo but I'm sorry my friend credit is given when due... Theo was a GREAT player while playing in the old NHL, heart and soul of a team... Theo showed up to play every gama and played it with heart! Lastly when Theo's took penalties they were not hooking penalties...

As much as we all loved him last season, it has become clear to me that Ryan Hollweg is not a necessary part of this team anymore. With the additions of Avery and Callahan (who both hit the same if not more than Hollweg AND can score) and possibility of Dubinsky who can also throw the body on a regular basis, along with the return of Jed Ortmeyer, this team no longer needs what Hollweg brings. Hollweg has become less noticeable and although he plays with heart, I just feel like this team is now stronger and has better players to fill up the last few roster spots. I feel Colton Orr has even surpassed him in value to this team.

The lineup I'd really love to see in the playoffs would be:

Hossa - Nylander - Jagr
Shanahan - Avery - Callahan
Straka - Dubinsky - Cullen
Prucha - Betts - Ortmeyer

Fill in Colton Orr depending on who we're playing. If it's a team like Atlanta, we probably need Colton Orr in the lineup. If it's the devils or Sabres, I don't know that we'd need him more than prucha, betts, or orts.

^ There's a lineup with 3 incredibly dangerous lines, and an energetic forechecking 4th line with Prucha in a familiar role that he played for the Czech team.
