Granny

They did already, but they were chanting "Lesbo Granny"...Ruthless they are!

Oh and by the way...Larry totally ducked the guy that started with him that night. He wantyed no part of it...Resembled Brendan Witt when Orr tired to get him to go for the 10th time!!!!! But it's OK...he's more of a finesse fan, than the typical NA power foward fan!!!

I dont have a problem with Larry or his dancing...

I do however find it funny that they chat homo larry right after....

and its even funnier that I, who does not mind the dancing, engages the chant.....

Gang mentality?

Who here remembers that Dancin' Larry was on the splash page (on the bow of SI ferry) in the "Day in the Life of the New York Rangers" coffee table book that came out after the 19941996 season? I remember seeing him at those games and wondering who that clown was, then seeing him in the book I started to laugh and thought how cool it was.

she sits in the 300's.. she's a nice lady and is just having a good time.. let alone it takes balls for anyone nevermind a lady probably in her late 50's early 60's to get up and dance in front of 18,000 people..

Yep I remember that. I still have that book, I was actually at the game they focused on - Rangers/Bruins up at the then-called Fleet Center, Kovalev had the GWG.

I remember seeing the fight, and I was not at the OT to the Devils or the Tampa game.

I'm 99.9% sure that the fight was during the Ottawa game in January.

Yeah, I was at that one too, so that very well could be the night.

Dancing Larry is a toolbox who should be thrown over the balcony. The old lady is funny, because she is a crazy old lady. Although, I could do without her. What was funnier was Ari. Ari, if you've ever been to a game or taken the LIRR home (babylon line) you have seen him. He is an orthodox jewish guy, who is a tad overweight. A little slow, sits over in 426ish, looks like Gorilla Monsoon when he was younger. He tried doing it one season, never caught it. He's a real interesting character. I almost smacked him on the train one night when he had something to say to my penguin-fan little brother.

I was at that game, but left when Ottawa went up 5-0. Guess it was after that, because I have a clear line of sight to Larry, . Would have loved to seen him get tuned up.

I have also had the displeasure of speaking with him. Thought he was a shmuck.

my buddies met/saw him in bar down town - he goes to a lot of bars (so i'm told) and he tells everyone who he is, its quite funny - he acts like hes a celebrity.

My numb nut friend thought it would be funny to buy him a drink but when he called him homo larry - he got tossed out of the bar.

Larry called over the bar tender who called over the bouncer and my friend was OUT!

half the bar started chanting homo larry for about 10 seconds and then they left.

it was a really retarded situation & i dont even know why i'm telling it other than this topic.

Larry

Njmho Larry is a fan and cool, lets get psyched to push for the playoffs. No problem getting JO Devils, lets beat them. Brodeur deserves this, sweet payback for last year and skelly Cam Janssen for wacking Jags 1 minute into the game. Go Rangers!!

Dancing Granny is in my section, 338, shes not at every game but a lot. I've seen Homo Larry at the bars before hand, and he does seem to be very full of himself and his "celebrity".

I think I know who you are talking about. I've seen him many times at both Rangers and Knicks games..he's a strange dude. Is he the guy who walks through the row back to his seat regardless of whether there is a stoppage in play or if there isn't? Plus he's randomly booed my mom at least twice (she is a Flyers fan, lol)

He's about 6' or so, well over 300lbs? Probably in his late-30's early 40's.

As for the Dancing D!p$h!t, he was back last night. Fortunately the circus lights were in my way and I couldn't see that loser.

Larry Dancing at Season Finale

FYI - Larry did his thing at last night's game. He was egged on by the Homo Larry chant and started dancing in the third period. I find his act very entertaining and he is a minor celebrity of sorts and, IMHO, deserves some acclaim.

Larry is hilarious. I don't know how people hate it. Some people really need to lighten up.

His dance last night was awesome. Great addition to the night.
