I got chills watching Ryan Callahan singing Sweet Caroline before giving the jerseys to the fans.

I love this team, 16 WINS BOYS, LETS DO IT

I was the one who started "Is anyone else out there rooting for a loss?" thread a few months back.

And while, looking back at the time it was made, I can see why I was among the many frustrated Rangers fans that were losing all hope game after game, let me be the first to say that being wrong had never felt so good (sports-wise, at least).

What this team has accomplished in the last 6 weeks is nothing short of miraculous. Regardless of what the playoffs bring, today I am one of many that are proud to be NYR fans.

Everyone was clean-shaven and ready to grow their playoff beards, even the ever-scruffy types like Jagr, Hollweg and Tyutin.

2. Probably no Hossa tomorrow. But Renney stood by his statement all week that the big forward will return for Game 1 of the playoffs.
Thank god. Goodbye Isbister.

Perhaps. I think Isbister's been good. The guy who's disappeared, IMO, is Hollweg.

He's trying to do too much methinks. Someone needs to tell him that you dont have to crush someone on every shift. For someone who is a checker who brings very little offense, hes a pretty poor defensive player.

I don't know what he's doing but he isn't hitting (crushing hits or not). He got hit hard a few times against the Isles and seem to disappear in that game. And he was pretty invisible last night.

Isbister has really surprised me. His skating is solid and he wins battles in the corners.

Hollweg went to the bench hurt early in the 1st last night, looked like he was clutching his chest at one point.

Congrats to the Rangers, they really brought it to the Habs yesterday. I don't remember seeing NY do all the little things they did yesterday in, well, ever. Considering the team has strong characters like Jagr, Shanahan and Avery, that must mean the coaching staff really has a handle on things. That was a team win, not a Lundqvist win. Again, impressive.

Huge congratulations to the Rangers, way to show all those guys saying the Knicks will make the playoffs but the Rangers have no chance. The Rangers should do well, no matter if it's Devils or Thrashers, let's go Rangers!

I dont understand why MSG is so hardcore on the knicks and iffy on the rangers. weve made the playoffs the last two years, and what have the knicks done? nothing. once patrik ewing left it was all downhill.

I just want to say that it was very classy for the fans of opposing teams to give their congratulations.
