Nicely done, whenever I see Prucha, Callahan, or Avery score I get so pumped, just from their reactions.

Oh man the editing where Orr knocked out Fedoruk and the music went "BOOM!" was tight. Great vid.

I am on day three of wearing rangers only shirts around the city this week. Go NYR! I wish MSG would show the game on the screen and serve beer.

The actual song is "Just Like You Imagined", by Nine Inch Nails. It was used in the early trailers for 300, and unfortunately did not make the soundtrack of the movie. Not to go too far off topic, but I thought the soundtrack to 300 was, well, weak after hearing the trailer.

Awesome video btw.

i like quite a few songs off of the OST actually. the 2 used in the video, Returns a King, and To Victory, are really really awesome. there are about 2 or 3 more really cool songs on their as well. but its not one of those sound tracks that you can play from start to finish, i definitely agree with that.

OT

Since I work as a Tv/film composer I will support your opinion. Word around town on the underscoring (LA) is general dissapointment in the score. Not so much in the writing, pretty much a more modern version of Zimmer's gladiator, but the lack of something very NEW which the style of film seemed to beg for. But then again this was this composers first big gig. so... Could have used more songs in the film? I understand the dilema as modern songs, would have brought you out of the magic of the past. But a fun film to see.

And whats up with NIN? Are they pop, techno, or heavy metal? How times have changed.

And yes I agree, nice editing in this video, it makes all the difference! Especially the hit on the most devistating punch of the last few years.

ON TOPIC

Can it just be thursday please?

Nylander annoys me the most when it comes to that. when he scores he seems so..."yeah, whatever" know what i mean? its like, give a little fist pump, scream YEAH, do something!
