Taking draft picks serious, what non-champions do.

He'll bounce back, I believe in him. Or I'll drop him if he still sucks.

The St. Louis Blues, also known as St. Bluis, have fired Mr. Clean and have hired Cam Barker to replace him as head coach. It's a move that can only be described as bold and brilliant.

We've got $13 million in cap space and only Cody Eakin and Brenden Dillion to sign this off-season.

I personally think we've got an extremely deep team. A bunch of older superstars and then a whole lot of young players who have a chance to breakout and have great seasons. Pretty confident going into the season.

I don't mean to alarm you HC/IR, but you only have six weeks left to put players on our rosters.

Yeah.

A lot of my season is dependant on all these guys continuing to progress with increased/expanded roles.

Sam Reinhart isn't even on the roster, and he could very well play too.

I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out though, my keepers should be a lot harder to pick through next off season compared to this year

All about the local boys

By the way, anyone feel free to snag the chart I created to keep track of the amount of GP your prospects have played, and when they're projected to reach the 212 GP mark.

Prospect
Games Played
Projected 212 GP

Tomas Hertl
37
early 16/17

Tyler Toffoli
62
mid 15/16

Mika Zibanejad
120
early 15/16

Matt Puempel
0
N/A

Cody Ceci
49
end 15/16

Mark Stone
23
early 16/17

Dmitri Jaskin
20
early 16/17

Phil Di Giuseppe
0
N/A

Sam Reinhart
0
N/A

Nick Ritchie
0

Miles Gendron

Question on that as well, how will the 212 mark be enforced? Say Hertl for example, who I have projected to reach the mark in early 16/17. Will I have to use a keeper tag on him in the off season of 15/16 or will it be at the end of 16/17?

Say he hits 213 on the last game of a season, you'll need to use a keeper on him. Players under 212 games can technically be put in the minors. The second that they can no longer be put in the minors they are subject to keeper rules.
