OT: Rechargeable batteries

Quick really off topic question...

My batteries for my Wii remotes are dead and I want to buy some rechargeable batteries...in the long run, it should be less expensive. But the thing is that I have a Sony rechargeable unit(BC-CS2A), but I can only find Duracell and Energizer batteries...will it work anyways? Do I really have to buy a few Sony batteries?

Thanks

Omg .... my Wii batteries are always dead . I buy some rechargeable batteries and It look well . If you have just one Wiimote , buy 4 batteries and two are dead , recharche the others . With that , you will always have batteries .

I use some Sanyo Eneloop Ni-Mh rechargeable batteries for my digicam and they work great along with my Maha MH204F charger..The Eneloop batteries won't discharge while they are not being used like regular Ni-Mh rechargeable batteries do.I got mine from Dell a while ago on sale.$20 for 8 AA I think it was.The 2500mah energizer Ni-Mh batteries are pretty good also.Good luck.

Along with my Sony digital camera, i bought a Duracell kit of 4 Ni-MH batteries with the CEF80N charger (a four batteries model, 1-hour charger).

At first it was working well. A year later, the batteries where unloading at a very fast speed when put in my camera. And two weeks ago, the transfo of the charger just blew up in my face, smoking in the plug...

Stay away from this model!

It looks great, but those reviews sure look fake.

I am sick of always replacing my batteries too. I bought like 50 of them from radio shack for 30$ and I am almost out

All rechargeable batteries do that, they start beign crappy after a number of recharge, you have to throw them away before stuff like what happened to you happens

That's about what was happening to me. Take about 10 photos, charge an hour, etc.

I decided to switch to normal alcalin batteries for now. Maybe I'll come back to rechargeable batteries sometime, but it remains to be seen... I know it's not so good for environment, but I'm not throwing them in the garbarge at least. There's a store that takes them back, that's where I go (Korvette store in Lennoxville).
