Its a catch 22, He figured he could catch lighting in a botttle with Hedberg, if it works he the second coming of Emille francis, Scotty Bowman...etc.... but it did not & now hes on the hot seat.

I think some Atlanta fans knew even before Game 3 started that Hedberg would be in net for Game 4. Something about Lehtonen not playing back-to-back games.

Hardest win is usually the last one. We need to stay focused and finish them off. The more rest before the next series the better. The team is playing great but Atlanta now has absolutely nothing to lose.

quoted for truth.

a sweep is imperative, and not just because i dont want to go back to the philips arena being the only ranger fan there with a chance for the team to win on their ice (no good can come from that for me), because a sweep will mean a lot of time to rest and get ready for the next round....and get HEALTHY.

I'm going to be at this game. Section 211. Words can't describe how pumped I am. I may not sleep tonight.

LETS GO RANGERS!

Yeah I know but I read somewhere a quote from one of the Rangers people (maybe Renney) and he said that Rachunek could be ready for Wednesday. But that was before game 3 was won so decisively by the Rangers.

I'd be tentative to put Rachunek in the lineup as well. And while I really wanted Hollweg back instead of Orr, I wouldn't make that change either at this point.

So after exerting all of my energy at game 3 I am still writing a paper which I am sooo behind on, due at 1:25 wed, but it does not matter b/c I'll be at game 4 SCREAMING MY BRAINS OUT!! Huge game tonight, the first goal again will be so big. I can see Hedberg playing a great game and their other guys doing their thing, but I have faith in our guys!

LETS GO RANGERS!!

Here's to a GREAT injury free game!

This series is not over.

A sweep would be pretty impressive, but I wouldn't mind a bump on the road to keep these guys focused and sharp as well as in a constant flow.

Hey......good times

No chance. Never give an opponent any smidgen of hope. Step on their collective necks, and end this series.

I'm sorry, but Atlanta is done. They may have nothing to lose, but they have ZERO confidence right now and that's a huge factor. It's disappointing that a team would pack it in only being down 2-0. They played great for the first two and then just suddenly didn't show up for game 3. Rangers finish them off tonight with a 3-1 victory. Let's go Rangers!

When up 3-0, game 4 is always the best chance to advance, after that it only gets more difficult.
