Congratz! And good luck
You'll have to make sure the two of you will have enough time to still watch the Habs play (God I know the amount of time I have to watch hockey has plummetted since I got married )

err...that's assuming there's a divorce ahead which I'm sure there isn't. Now, the wife controlling the amount you can spend...THAT is something that could be a problem.

Congradulations, she is beautifull!

Happy to see that you have had enough of sex, money, fun and making your own decisions.

I was also scared of this. But I spent Sunday sitting, eating pizza, drinking beer, watching hockey while she did the laundry. I even offered to help but she said she's happy to do it. She's either too good to be true or this is how it always starts. How much time do I have left boys? You can tell me... I... I can take it.

Sunday is the day that follows the day in which you gave her a diamond ring, right? I think we found the answer. You have all the time you want, provided you keep on handing out diamonds

About 2 days after you come back from your honeymoon, the same conversation will go like this

" From now on, no more pizza or beer, its celeri sticks and water mister, and by the way, would you get off your lazy behind, turn off that television and start doing the laundry and not the way you have always done it because its wrong, but the way I told you to, and make sure you're done soon so we can watch a romantic movie together..."

Don'T worry, its hard at the beginning but eventually you will not have any more pride left so it gets easier.

Obviously I am just having fun with you. Every marriage is different which is why I never give advice, just wish the very best.

No, no divorce or her controlling anything. It's just a fact of life.

Haha, yeah that whole "fold it wrong on purpose so she stops asking you to do it" trick? Naw I never had to pull that one with her. I never saw what the big deal was with laundry. You throw clothes into the washer, come back after an hour, put it in the dryer, come back after an hour, take 5mins to fold them. You can sit and watch tv for 2 hours and do the job over 3 commercial breaks. I see those types of thing start fights with all these couples and I never understood why. Take out the garbage? Ok, there's 30secs of work lol. If that's all I have to do to be able to drink and watch hockey, hell that's not a bad deal at all!

We only ever fight once a month. Same time every month. For 5 mins. I'm always prepared lol.

I wish to belatedly add my congratulations to those already expressed in this thread. Great pic, too. A good-looking girl like that makes you a lucky man. Great going and I wish you both all the happiness.
