Do we have any stratomatic hockey game fans here. i have both the board game and computer game.

Stratomatic has been around for years and they sell hockey board games along with a computer game. you can replay seasons.i just finished replaying the 1975-76 and 1976-77 NHL seasons.they also have baseball, football and basketball games.

I doubt that you are still following this thread, considering that it was made around 5 years ago, but I do love strat, it's a great game.

If you haven't already, you should check out strat o matic dot net forums, there is an online dice roller and you are able to play actual games online with other people if you have the same season.

I had Strat-O-Matic as a child of the 1980's. I had Hockey, Baseball & Basketball. Alot better then APBA

I'd agree, although I've never played APBA, I've heard a lot about it and I've seen some videos about it. There are many more features in Strat, and you can just tell that they have spent a LOT more time and effort into the statistical counterpart of the game.

I bought the computer version last year and I like it a lot.

I am doing an eight-team, 84-game Olympic season with the U.S., Canada, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Czech Republic, Eastern Europe (Slovakia, Croatia and the former Russian states) and Team International (everyone else). I'm 13 games in so far.
