Blunder in Nashville

A four minute double minor in OT. And Nashville scores the game winner. Thanks a lot Kovalev. This team makes me sad.

hey this is great, they cant put a two game winning streak together now.

you just knew that as this team was getting closer to a good draft spot they'd try and play better. i mean seriously this team has a history of that, winning late in the season when it doesnt count and screwing over their draft spot.

it might behoove the nhl to look into making lifting the stick a penalty. it'll increase scoring, and help stop these stupid high sticking penalties...especially the 4 minute penalties where the man who is high sticked doesnt even leave the ice...

or maybe they should keep calling them until players get it through their heads that it's gonna cost their team.

See how it works? the refs actually call a penalty and someone scores and the game has an outcome.

For god sake trade him already somewhere and Nedved too.
Nedved and Kovalev don't score and are too soft on the second line.

Hey, they were just being consistant. Six wins against the Isles, no wins in the games following.

that penalty is called ALLL the time. no one seems to get it. making the act a penalty might help, it might not. it'd probably go a long way in increasing scoring. players dug into the front of the net wouldn't be able to lift the stick(unless they could disguise it,) and get more rebounds or deflections.
