It's hard to argue against Teemu.

I admit that I, out of pure homerism, hoped that he wouldn't get it.

But after 15 seasons of battling for the Stanley cup, after being soo close to Olympic, World Cup and World Championship titles, he really deserved that moment several times over.

So just for once, and just for Teemu

Hyvä Soumi!

I didn't cry but I can honestly say i've never been happier for anyone else. And now as I sit here I realize we may very well never see him again and that is when it gets to you, I really hope he comes back, he still has so much to give this game. It was also the same for Jiggy, I really hope these aren't their last games here.

I hope Teemu doesn't retire though, he's showed he still has a LOT left.

Congrats from a Sabres fan.

Same here.

I absolutely love watching Teemu hoist the Cup, but I completely lost it when Ray Bourque hoisted it.

Selanne

Totally deserves it. Happy to see him win it (despite the fact that it was at Ottawa's expense).

Loved to see Selanne win it. I didn't ball or anything, but I did get really teary eyed, and I couldn't talk to anyone because I knew I would start crying. Also loved seeing the interview with the Niedermayer brothers as well.

Here's a picture of the moment from the rafters, as taken by a visiting fan (me):
