Who's the head coach this season?

With everything that's been going on this offseason, I highly doubt that John Stevens will keep his position as head coach.

So, whom do you think will be the head coach of the Flyers next year? Also, whom do you want to be the HC?

I'd love to see Pat Burns if he wants to start coaching again.

didnt we just re-up Stevens?

There is pretty much no way that the flyers are going to change coaches.

John Stevens

He deserves a full season at the helm before making a decision

I don't understand why you think this? He was just signed. If he starts horrible, then yes, i can see Paul over react and fire him, but he really does deserve at least one full yr.

Here's a statement that I think we all can agree on: The Flyers looked lost last year.

You can blame the assistant coach who just got replaced (what was his name again?), but I think it leads right back to Stevens. Obviously the team's psyche was damaged from the very beginning, but I just can't see them winning the Cup with Stevens holding the reigns.

If anything, I would give him a month or two to prove himself like they gave Ken Hitchcock.

I agree that the team looked lost last year. There was no system out there. I'll give Stevens the benefit of the doubt that with a full training camp, better players, better goalies, and better assistant coaches, that things will be different this year.
