Curious Flyers fan wants to know. TSN thinks your going to take Turris, Kane was the best player in the OHL last season.

Kane, I think he will become a great player. I think a flashy player like Kane would be great to use to market the hawks in the chicago area and bring back people to the arena.

I hope that they take Kane, that why the Flyers aren't tempted into drafting him.

I dunno.

Turris actually.

He could be the Forsberg to Toews' Sakic.

Kane. Toews will be the undisputed leader so they do not need Turris.

Only problem with that is that Turris is virtually the same type of player as Toews, not to mention Kane could join the Hawks next season, whereas Turris is unlikely to join whichever NHL club drafts him next season.

Rootin' for Kane myself.

I'd rather not get Turris.

I predict he'll pick Kane since he was ranked #2 back when he was drafted.... and he has a soft spot there I'm sure.

Gilbert Perreault was a Sabre.... and that's about as close as Kane will be to playin for his hometown favourite team.

Or... he'll trade to Vancouver the #1 pick for some depth at the goalie position that he now knows is so important. Nabby is on his last legs. Sorry, we're not talking Luongo here.

Schneider, Krajicek, Morrison and a swap of 1st round picks + Brouwer.

That sets himself up for the future.... in goal - Schneider should be NHL ready within two years at a cheap $$$ to replace Nabby.

Krajicek, a puck rushing D that is young (UFA) to replace Aucoin.

And Morrison a reasonable C (3.2 - x UofMichigan) to allow for an UFA signing like Rafalski (Michigan - UofWisc) to replace Cullimore.

#25 pick in the first round.

Vancouver get #1 pick and Brouwer RW - BC product

No thanks. I would be interested in getting Schneider but in a smaller deal. Oh and not to sound like an ass but Khabibulin's nickname is Khabby. Nabokov is called Nabby i believe.
