As for AK I think he'll bounce back nicely.Nothing and I mean nothing was working out for him in NY despite his top 5 in the game skill level. He just couldn't put it all together but on a young team like MTL I think he'll rebound more to his Pitt form where he was the offensive catalyst and a real leader on the squad on the ice.
I wish Alex all the best and I think MTL fans will be happy with the move as AK had always played well in the playoffs and he may make the difference between getting bounced in round one or possibly making a run.
Good luck.

As for your question. Balej is not listed in the Hockey News top 50 Prospects. In fact in the Hockey news that came out 2 weeks ago, for the top prospects of each team, has Balej rated 10th on Montreal. He is 21 yrs. old, he has good speed (not overly fast) and has a pretty good shot (in the Minors), and he is not that big. If he is going to make it (in the NHL), he is going to have to put on weight, and get stronger, because a lot of the moves that he pulls in the AHL, will not work in the NHL. However, you still got a pretty good Prospect on your hands!
