what would you guys think of signing RR to a contract as our 4th line C? After finally meeting him this year at my work I became an even bigger RR fan. I would love to see him on this team. He shouldn't cost too much and hes certainly not a horrible player.
He's listed as a UFA on my cheat sheet that I printed out. I'd like to see Potulny get some action this season but I would imagine his minutes could be minimized by a RR signing unless he (Potulny) switches to the wing.

RR showed that he is not suited to a fourth line role last year and in previous seasons - he is a decent playmaker for a team thin at center. His talents are not quite good enough to get consistent scoring line minutes and he is not great in his own end or on the PK.
He will do well on the larger ice surface.
Good luck to him.
