I've been saying it would be vs. Boston for a while now...so I'd say there's a good chance.

Right away we see the return of Nylander, Rachunek, Weekes, and Jason Ward to the Garden in October. This is gonna be a fun season.

I'm not worried about the last ten games of the year. I feel this team is the best in the East, and right up there for the best in the league with Anaheim. I think they'll have control of 1st place in the Eastern Conference going into those last 10 games of the season and will still win the majority of those final 10.

Perhaps Orr can knock out Fedoruk on Nov 25th when they play the Stars!

I don't think it will be against Boston. An afternoon going up against the NFL Play-offs? i doubt it. My guess is February 5th against the Kings. Drum up interest for a game that most people will write off. Just like when they retired Richter's #35 against Minnesota.

Come on. These guys are not going to generate any interest. Weekes will not play, and by October most will have forgotten about Nylander and Rachunek. As for Ward, who is he playing for these days? This will not be Lindros returning to Philadelphia here.

Yeah my moneys on a game like that or against Toronto.

Would be stupid to have it in the afternoon, because it would be nationally televised and those at home probably wouldnt even see it because it would be on VS or NBC.

I thought you were making a joke about stereotypical NJ. I can't believe this is actually true. Bon Freakin Jovi.

Anyway, looking at the schedule makes me REALLY look forward to the first pre-season game. I'm wasting away this off-season going through big time hockey withdrawl.

I know this doesn't have anything to do with the rangers....but will the Kings/Ducks game in London be nationally televised? I hope so, but you never know with the stupid NHL.

I like the opening, we can start off fast and never look back

I also love that we host the Pacific, really glad about seeing Anaheim and San Jose

I'm sure the Ottawa Senators will have something to say about that

He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, but he grew up in Connecticut. There is little conncection to Texas. Not to mention Corpus Christi is about 400 miles away from Dallas. So, no, he's not from Dallas.

I disagree. To me those games have a little meaning to me. I have nothing against Nylander or Rachunek nor do I Jason Ward (how could anyone, its not like he left on his own nor was he a huge player for this team). However, Nylander was great here and put up career numbers for himself. He played well and did his job, so unlike past free agents that the rangers signed pre-lockout, Nylander was a breath of fresh air. Rachunek is still decently young and I thought he was starting to come along here. He did get better IMO and I can only hope the best for him though I am also hoping he makes some mistakes to cost the Devils. Rachunek I thought played tough and well in the playoffs.

I think the Rangers are better than the Penguins. I cant say their better than the Sharks or Canucks because I dont pay attention to those two teams all that much. But IMO, the rangers are better than the penguins. Marc Staal shutdown Malkin a couple years ago, he;ll do it again.

Again I believe the Rangers are better than Ottawa, I;m not too worried about them even though I still think their a great team. I know many will say just because the rangers got gomez and drury now doesnt mean theyre automatically the best in the East, but last year the rangers were able to play those two teams and now theyve improved themselves greatly, they should be better than them.

I'm going to say February 5 against the Kings. Western Conference team. Not projected to be good. Middle of the week in February. Make the ticket a hot one.

You're probably right, good call. I'll say the other option is Tuesday Jan. 8th vs. TB(TB=True Blue)

The Rangers better have a playoff spot locked up by March or it's gonna be a tough finish.

Our last 10 games are against Atlantic division rivals.

I just have no luck, my one and only chance to see them falls on my grandson's 2nd birthday and the day before my mother's 80th.

I guess I could go if I wanted to piss off every woman in my life. Truth be told I'm usually about halfway there on my best days.
